NEW BEGINNINGS

2014-2015 school year was also  the first year for Bonney Lake High School to have a boy's lacrosse team.  Before this inaugural  season, high school lacrosse was played at club level under Lake Tapps Lacrosse. Lake Tapps High School Lacrosse included the communities of Bonney Lake, Sumner, Enumclaw, White River, Auburn, and Orting.

Due to the growth of the sport at the high school level, it was asked that the club seperate the high school team and affiliate with the area high schools.  Enumclaw and White River are now a combined team.  Sumner School District schools, Bonney Lake and Sumner, were originally looking to be a combined team, but the number of players projected, allowed for each school to have their own lacrosse team.  Auburn Riverside Lacrosse  represents all of the high schools in the Auburn School District.

Many of the players have competed together representing Lake Tapps Lacrosse.  This year they have become competitors, representing their schools.  It is an exciting time.  A time for change and growth in our communities and honor the game of lacrosse.
